About this role

Terran Orbital seeks a Systems Integration Engineer to design, build, integrate, and test satellite systems at sub-system and full-system levels. This hands-on role combines engineering analysis with practical assembly and troubleshooting to support spacecraft manufacturing and launch operations.

What you'll do

  • Design assembly and testing campaigns for satellite sub-systems and full systems
  • Write, review, and execute assembly and test procedures; manage work orders and nonconformances
  • Debug electrical and mechanical issues at the satellite system and sub-system level
  • Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability, integration, and scalability
  • Design and develop tools and hardware to enable vehicle assembly and testing
  • Provide technical guidance, train personnel, and present results to customers and leadership
