About this role

AHEAD seeks an early-career Software Engineer to join the Hatch team, building an advanced IT lifecycle management platform. You'll contribute to full-stack features using Elixir and Phoenix, learning rapidly in a collaborative environment that values problem-solving ability and growth potential over experience level.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to real product features across the full stack, starting with guided work and progressing toward ownership
  • Write, test, and ship production code for the Hatch IT lifecycle management platform
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers through code review and design discussions
  • Learn and adopt new tools and technologies as project needs dictate
  • Help design and build features for IT asset visibility, procurement, and inventory management
  • Support the progressive engineering team in maintaining high code quality and attention to detail
