ThreatLocker is looking for a Special Project IT Engineer to join their Orlando team and focus on advanced IT tasks, including testing and system management. The role involves troubleshooting complex customer issues, conducting product research, and collaborating with teams to deploy IT systems effectively.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve complex customer IT issues.
• Conduct research to improve company products and technologies.
• Develop and execute test scripts for IT systems.
• Deploy and manage O365 and Active Directory systems.
• Collaborate on API integrations with other teams.
• Document processes and troubleshooting procedures.
