About this role

Together AI seeks an analytical operations associate to support infrastructure strategy decisions as the company scales its GPU compute footprint globally. You'll own capacity planning analysis, vendor evaluation, data center site selection, and build dashboards to track deployments—serving as the analytical backbone for cross-functional infrastructure decisions.

What you'll do

  • Gather data and prepare analytical materials supporting infrastructure strategy planning and leadership reviews
  • Build dashboards and trackers monitoring deployments, vendor pipelines, and compute usage across products
  • Develop comparison frameworks for sourcing decisions (owned vs. leased compute, site selection, vendor evaluation) with Finance and Engineering
  • Conduct ad hoc capacity planning analyses and research data center sites, power availability, and energy sourcing options
  • Design AI-native workflows and process improvements to automate repetitive infrastructure analysis
  • Execute ad hoc analytical projects with speed and minimal direction as priorities shift

What they're looking for

  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • SQL or data visualization tools
  • AI productivity tools (Claude Code, Codex)
  • Quantitative analysis and problem-solving
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Cross-functional communication to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Domain learning and rapid onboarding
  • Project management across multiple workstreams

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ($140-170K)
  • Startup equity
  • Health insurance
  • Flexible remote work options
  • Opportunity to shape infrastructure strategy at an AI-native company
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data, and Finance

Likely interview questions

  • Walk us through a complex analysis you've built from scratch—how did you structure the problem and what tools did you use?
  • Tell us about a time you had to learn a new domain quickly. How did you approach it and what was the outcome?
