Tower Research Capital seeks a Systems Engineer II to support and enhance the firm's Linux and HPC infrastructure for trading operations. What you'll do

  • Maintain and enhance trading Linux infrastructure and HPC systems for research operations
  • Respond to emergencies and execute planned infrastructure updates, deployments, and system changes
  • Profile and troubleshoot performance issues in Linux server environments
  • Develop automation tools for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring across thousands of servers
  • Manage core services including DHCP, LDAP, DNS, NFS, and Condor job scheduler across data centers and cloud
  • Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate daily with trading and engineering teams
