AI Test Engineer III
About this role
TREND Health Partners seeks an AI Test Engineer III to validate AI-powered systems across their healthcare payment integrity platform. You'll design and maintain comprehensive test automation across APIs, UIs, security, and performance while leveraging AI-assisted tools to scale testing efforts in a collaborative, innovative environment.
What you'll do
- Design and build automated test suites for APIs, UIs, security, and performance using Playwright and modern frameworks
- Develop end-to-end integration tests for REST/GraphQL services with focus on contracts, error handling, and edge cases
- Use AI-based coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot) to generate, refactor, and scale tests while establishing best practices
- Perform security testing (authentication, authorization, OWASP vulnerabilities) and load/performance testing for scalability validation
- Validate data integrity across APIs, pipelines, and distributed systems using SQL and data-validation techniques
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Product, and Operations on testing standards and production issue resolution
