What you'll do

  • Reverse engineer wireless and embedded systems to identify vulnerabilities and assess security impact
  • Develop proof-of-concept exploits for discovered vulnerabilities using DevOps best practices
  • Analyze firmware, software protections, and wireless protocols to uncover security flaws
  • Create and maintain custom tools for binary analysis and firmware manipulation
  • Collaborate with CNO developers, vulnerability researchers, and hardware engineers on complex technical challenges
  • Conduct cutting-edge vulnerability research on real-world embedded and wireless targets

  • Reverse engineering with IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, or Ghidra
  • C/C++ and Python programming
  • Linux command-line and scripting
  • Firmware analysis (ARM, MIPS, PowerPC, RTOS)
  • Exploit development and fuzzing
  • Wireless protocols and signal analysis
  • Firmware emulation (QEMU) and binary obfuscation analysis
  • Hardware debugging (JTAG/SWD) and cryptographic security knowledge
