What you'll do

  • Design electrical architecture, system diagrams, and budgets for power, telemetry, and mass predictions
  • Perform fault analysis and risk mitigation, developing FDIR strategies and operational workarounds
  • Conduct comprehensive verification testing on flight and HITL avionics hardware
  • Oversee avionics system integration and serve as primary contact for integrated systems investigations
  • Design, build, and operate Hardware-In-The-Loop testbeds to simulate spacecraft systems
  • Develop avionics ground infrastructure, test racks, and contribute to automation best practices
