Veeva Systems seeks a Technical Curriculum Developer to create AI agent training content and build demonstration solutions for life sciences cloud customers. This role combines hands-on development expertise with teaching ability, requiring you to architect agent-based learning labs while evolving advanced technical courses.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver training courses teaching customers and partners to build, configure, and implement AI agents on Veeva's platform
- Develop working AI agent demos and hands-on lab exercises that showcase platform capabilities and agentic AI features
- Own and maintain advanced technical courses requiring deep Java and REST API knowledge with hands-on credibility
- Quickly learn unfamiliar product architectures, APIs, and integrate them into functional agent demonstrations
- Mentor and coach learners on AI agent best practices and implementation strategies
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure training reflects current platform capabilities
