Software Implementation Specialist

VIP is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join their RAS Installation Team in Colchester, Vermont. This role involves installing beverage software, providing customer training, and managing projects while fostering customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Install and set-up VIP Solution Packages and Software
• Provide training and on-site support for customers
• Troubleshoot issues and manage software upgrades
• Communicate with the Software Support Team
• Gather feedback for development teams
