About this role
Vital Lyfe seeks an engineering intern to support vendor qualification, quality investigations, and performance management systems for their water treatment solutions company. This hands-on role involves direct vendor collaboration and development of supply chain processes in a fast-growing startup environment.
What you'll do
- Qualify and onboard new vendors to expand the supplier network
- Conduct root cause analyses and track corrective actions for vendor quality issues
- Design and implement systems to monitor and control vendor performance metrics
- Interface directly with vendors to resolve supply chain challenges
- Support hands-on work with development hardware and prototypes
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation

- CAD software
- Manufacturing processes knowledge
- Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies
