About this role

Voyager Lunar Systems is hiring a Mechanical Integration and Test Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and documentation of integration and validation testing for spacecraft, rovers, and lunar infrastructure components. You'll coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines, design test procedures and ground support equipment, operate specialized test facilities, and ensure mission-critical systems meet requirements.

What you'll do

  • Support design reviews from DFMA and DFT perspectives; develop test plans with systems engineers
  • Write detailed integration and test procedures; design ground support equipment and fixtures
  • Coordinate resources, scheduling, tooling, calibration, and readiness reviews for integration and test operations
  • Execute integration and test procedures; operate equipment such as shaker tables and thermal vacuum chambers
  • Process test data, write reports, and collaborate with analytical engineers to interpret results
  • Provide labor and cost estimates; support third-party testing facility operations
