About this role

Voyager Technologies seeks a Systems Engineer III to provide technical leadership and coordination on defense and aerospace programs. This role manages cross-functional engineering activities, maintains project schedules, and serves as a liaison between engineering disciplines, program management, and stakeholders to meet program objectives.

What you'll do

  • Support technical planning and execution of defense and aerospace engineering projects
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, milestone plans, and work packages with engineering teams
  • Participate in and coordinate Integrated Product Teams across multiple disciplines
  • Assist with risk and opportunity identification, tracking, and trade studies
  • Draft and review engineering documentation including test plans, ECNs, and interface specifications
  • Support design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR), customer meetings, and contract requirement compliance
