About this role

Voyager Technologies seeks a Systems Engineer VI – Test to serve as the principal technical authority for propulsion system integration and testing. This executive-level role establishes test strategies, technical standards, and long-term roadmaps while providing strategic leadership for complex development, qualification, production, and flight test campaigns across multiple defense and space programs.

What you'll do

  • Serve as principal technical authority for propulsion integration and test engineering across the organization
  • Define enterprise test strategies, technical roadmaps, engineering standards and best practices
  • Lead technical planning and execution of complex development, qualification, production and flight test programs
  • Direct resolution of critical integration, test, hardware, software and system performance issues including root cause investigations
  • Represent the organization during customer reviews and government program reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRR, QRR)
  • Mentor senior engineers and develop organizational technical capability while driving innovation in test methodologies and emerging technologies
