Waabi is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the development and verification of vehicle platform requirements for autonomous transportation systems. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the safety and performance of self-driving vehicles while ensuring comprehensive documentation and stakeholder communication.

What you'll do

• Create and document vehicle platform requirements
• Act as a liaison for vehicle platform requirements and testing
• Drive safety culture through application of standards and methodologies
• Enhance testing processes and simulator capabilities
• Track test executions and project milestones
• Collaborate with external partners for vehicle platform validation

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or PhD preferred
• 3+ years in automotive or related fields
• Experience with requirements specifications
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and SOTIF standards
• Data analysis skills using Python or Matlab
• Strong fundamentals in math and engineering
• Experience with vehicle actuation
• Collaborative leadership
