What you'll do

• Partner with Engineering to implement ML and Gen-AI models for quality improvements
• Identify emerging issues and trends using AI insights and triage signals
• Document policies and procedures integrating AI tools into workflows
• Design quality control processes for human and AI outputs
• Provide technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of AI advancements
