Forward Deployed Engineer

Workstream is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to facilitate the deployment of technical solutions for their HR, payroll, and hiring platform aimed at the hourly workforce. This role combines engineering and customer collaboration to address complex challenges, requiring quick adaptation to customers' needs while influencing product direction.

What you'll do

• Lead technical delivery for strategic customer deployments from discovery to production
• Work closely with enterprise customers to identify their operational needs
• Design and build custom solutions and integrations
• Develop production-grade code for various application layers as necessary
• Transform customer issues into clear technical plans
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership teams
