About this role
Workstream seeks an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join their mission-driven HR and payroll platform serving hourly workers. You'll collaborate across product and engineering teams to build scalable, high-quality features while practicing test-driven development in a hybrid role based in Lehi, Utah.
What you'll do
- Develop full-stack features collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering Managers
- Communicate technical requirements and progress with cross-functional stakeholders
- Implement test-driven development practices to ensure software reliability
- Design and build scalable systems with strong CI/CD practices
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to optimize data architecture
- Participate in code reviews and mentor peer engineers
