About this role

Wyetech seeks a Dataflow Sustainment Engineer 2 to provide lifecycle support and troubleshooting for analytic systems and Cross Domain Solutions serving federal customers. This shift-work position includes Tier 1/2 help desk support, crisis response, system maintenance, and coordination across development and deployment teams at a facility in Ft. Meade, Maryland.

What you'll do

  • Deliver escalated Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for analytic systems and Cross Domain Solutions
  • Provide help desk and mission assurance support with crisis response capabilities
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform operations on analytic services and system deployments
  • Support quick reaction capability (QRC) requirements and end-of-life system decommissioning
  • Coordinate with development, deployment, and software distribution teams
  • Respond to call-in support requests from extended enterprises and external parties
