About this role
Wyetech seeks a Software Engineer to develop and maintain complex software systems for federal government customers, including analytics platforms, real-time systems, and large-scale data processing applications. You'll collaborate with teams to design, test, and optimize software components while contributing to system architecture decisions.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems across diverse domains (analytics, algorithms, real-time processing)
- Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document results
- Resolve software problem reports and provide technical support
- Apply appropriate software development and design methodologies
- Contribute to system design decisions including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS evaluation
- Perform requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual components
