About this role
Wyetech seeks a DevOps Software Engineer II to develop and maintain complex software systems while managing deployment, cloud infrastructure, and production support for federal government clients. The ideal candidate combines software engineering expertise with operational ownership, comfortable building, deploying, and supporting systems end-to-end in production environments.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems including analytics, algorithms, and real-time applications
- Design and implement cloud-native deployments and DevOps automation across the software development lifecycle
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and provide production support for software systems
- Review and test software components for design adherence and document test results
- Resolve software problem reports and provide on-call operational support
- Contribute to system design with hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS evaluation
