About this role

SpaceXAI seeks a Network Connectivity Engineer to design and deploy large-scale data center cabling plants supporting massive AI infrastructure. You'll plan fiber and copper systems for 24–100+ MW facilities, manage connectivity procurement and construction, and ensure future-proof architectures beyond 800G speeds.

What you'll do

  • Design scalable, future-proof cabling plants for data center clusters exceeding 40 MW, supporting speeds beyond 800G
  • Procure fiber, copper, and connectivity materials for new builds, expansions, and technology refreshes
  • Provide project management and construction oversight for connectivity infrastructure
  • Develop Methods of Procedure and Standard Operating Procedures for live environment deployments
  • Audit installations, troubleshoot ISP circuits, and hold vendors accountable pre-deployment
  • Collaborate with capacity planning, network engineering, hardware reliability, and construction teams on cluster design
