About this role

SpaceXAI seeks an Operations Engineer to optimize facility operations at advanced data center sites in Memphis and Southaven. You'll design dashboards, enhance maintenance programs, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement across SpaceX's technical infrastructure and operations teams.

What you'll do

  • Develop visual standards for work boards, JIRA, PowerBI dashboards, and department workflows
  • Enhance maintenance programs by prioritizing poor-health hardware and eliminating unnecessary work
  • Conduct SQL and data analysis to identify operational trends and support decision-making
  • Create department-level metrics and dashboards that measure operational health
  • Lead process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across teams
  • Perform operations audits and implement tools to reduce wasted effort in repair, maintenance, and construction
