Operations Engineer - Human Data
About this role
As a Human Data Engineer at SpaceXAI, you'll design and execute high-value data projects that fuel AI model training and evaluation, bridging engineering teams with data operations. This hands-on role requires translating technical needs into quality datasets, building measurement systems, and continuously improving data strategies to enhance model performance.
What you'll do
- Partner with model and engineering teams to translate requirements into data projects and evaluation strategies
- Own end-to-end delivery of critical data and evaluation projects supporting rapid model development
- Build tools and systems to measure data effectiveness, including data yield, eval lift, and usage metrics
- Maintain rigorous data integrity and validation processes with emphasis on factual accuracy and quality
- Research and implement techniques for data collection, annotation, generation, and multi-modal integration
- Design and improve annotation workflows and labeling interfaces while liaising between engineering and human data teams
