OT Systems Engineer (Supercomputer Infrastructure)
About this role
SpaceXAI seeks an OT Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain operational technology infrastructure supporting hyperscale AI supercomputer facilities, including cooling plants, power distribution, and critical controls systems across Memphis and Southavan campuses. The role blends industrial control system expertise with modern IT technologies in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment requiring both reactive incident response and proactive modernization.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy OT environments for cooling plants, electrical distribution, liquid-cooling loops, power generation, and data hall systems
- Install, configure, and maintain controls platforms (BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC) and internal HMIs across critical infrastructure
- Integrate IT technologies to improve security, scalability, and availability of industrial control systems
- Provide hands-on support during cluster deployments, capacity expansions, and production commissioning
- Monitor services 24/7, respond rapidly to incidents, and perform off-hours upgrades and maintenance
- Develop infrastructure-as-code and automation solutions for OT/ICS environments; ensure compliance with industry standards
