Software Engineer - Data Center
About this role
Build and operate internal software systems that enable datacenter operations at scale for frontier AI infrastructure. You'll develop production platforms including repair trackers, operational dashboards, and integrations that support technicians and NOC operators across multiple sites.
What you'll do
- Design and operate multi-service production systems (APIs, UIs, data pipelines, auth) for repair tracking and vendor workflows
- Ensure correctness of operational state including node accuracy, queue ownership, and audit trails
- Build and maintain integrations with ticketing, inventory, telemetry, and vendor systems
- Develop scalable site operations tools and dashboards used by technicians, managers, and leadership
- Own reliability and uptime of internal platforms including data integrity, access control, and safe deployments
- Partner with SiteOps and NOC teams to measure adoption and impact of tools

- Backend and/or full-stack software development (3+ years production experience)

- Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI)
