About this role

SpaceXAI seeks a Software Engineer to build and operate the observability platform that monitors, debugs, and optimizes system performance across the company. You'll design scalable infrastructure for metrics, logs, and tracing while handling petabyte-scale telemetry in a small, high-impact team.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement scalable observability infrastructure for metrics, logging, and tracing
  • Build high-performance telemetry pipelines handling massive ingestion volumes
  • Develop APIs, query engines, and UIs for real-time service insights
  • Define and enforce instrumentation, alerting, and reliability best practices company-wide
  • Partner with infrastructure and product teams to integrate observability into internal platforms
  • Own end-to-end reliability, scalability, and performance of the observability stack
