Structural Engineer - Data Centers

About this role

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with extensive experience in designing data centers to join our infrastructure team in Memphis. The role involves collaborating with various engineering disciplines to deliver robust structural systems for large-scale AI training facilities.

What you'll do

• Lead structural design from concept to construction for data centers
• Develop and review structural models and calculations
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for seamless project integration
• Conduct seismic analysis and load evaluations for high-density equipment
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality
• Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10+ years in structural engineering
• Expertise in structural design for data centers
• Proficient in ETABS, RISA, STAAD
• Knowledge of building codes and seismic design
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
