Supplier Quality Engineer

Xometry is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to enhance quality metrics and improve partner relationships in a fast-paced environment. The role involves ensuring high product quality through supplier audits, corrective actions, and collaborative problem-solving with various engineering and management teams.

What you'll do

• Perform inspections at partner facilities
• Conduct audits and onboarding for partners
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Monitor emerging quality issues and projects
• Facilitate quality workshops with partners
• Utilize data analytics to improve supplier performance

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years in engineering or quality role
• 5+ years in supplier-facing roles
• Quality Assurance experience
• Knowledge of DFM/DFQ and APQP
• Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Project management and time management skills
