Zone 5 Technologies seeks a senior continuous improvement leader to drive manufacturing process optimization across unmanned aircraft systems programs. This role serves as the technical authority for efficiency and cost improvements, partnering with engineering and operations teams to implement lean strategies and resolve complex production challenges.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional, sitewide process improvement initiatives across multiple programs
- Support PFMEA efforts with design and manufacturing engineering teams
- Oversee business process improvement initiatives for policy and strategy development
- Develop and deploy site-wide Lean initiatives and standards
- Resolve complex, cross-disciplinary production issues using Lean Manufacturing principles
- Define continuous improvement strategy to support scale and cost-effectiveness
