DevOps Engineer III

About this role

ZoomInfo seeks a DevOps Engineer III to design and manage cloud infrastructure on Kubernetes platforms (EKS, GKE) while building CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling. You'll support data services across AWS and GCP, apply SRE practices, and leverage AI tools to accelerate infrastructure delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do

• Design, provision, and manage Kubernetes-based data services on Amazon EKS and Google Kubernetes Engine
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform with focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Argo CD, and GitHub Actions for automated testing and deployments
• Deploy and support cloud-native data services including Kinesis, AWS Glue, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and BigQuery
• Create Python automation scripts and internal tooling to streamline DevOps workflows and incident response
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Datadog; participate in on-call rotations and post-incident reviews
