About this role
ZoomInfo seeks a backend-focused Software Engineer III to join the Chorus Platform team, designing and deploying distributed systems that process millions of daily customer requests for a conversation intelligence platform. You'll own customer-facing product aspects, build third-party integrations, and collaborate with talented engineers to solve complex technical challenges at scale.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and deploy complex distributed systems handling millions of requests daily
- Build and maintain third-party integrations with major conference providers using SDKs
- Own aspects of customer-facing product features and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and product capabilities
- Implement microservices architecture and maintain high system reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure and development processes
