About this role
Zscaler seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to transform the HR function by building and deploying AI agents that encode best practices into governed, scalable tools. You'll partner with HR domain experts to redesign workflows, own deployments end-to-end, and establish playbooks for an AI-native People & Culture organization.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy high-impact AI agents using Gemini, Claude, Codex, and MCPs, managing full lifecycle from prototype to hardened product
- Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to build domain-specific agents and transfer technical skills for independent maintenance
- Redesign HR workflows to solve fundamental process issues rather than automating broken systems
- Monitor adoption, diagnose failures, and drive stakeholder engagement to achieve real-world deployment success
- Partner with AI Center of Excellence and Forward Deployed Engineering to solve integration challenges and co-create governance standards
- Define long-term playbook for AI-native HR operations while managing risks associated with people data
