Workday Integration Developer
About this role
Lead the design and delivery of HR technology solutions by integrating Workday with other enterprise systems while leveraging AI-assisted development and agentic workflows. You'll serve as a technical strategist and SME, partnering with HR and IT leadership to build intelligent, scalable employee experiences.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of cross-platform People & Culture integrations, including Workday and ServiceNow HRSD
- Evaluate, design, and implement AI-driven HR solutions using AI-assisted coding and multi-agent orchestration
- Act as senior subject matter expert and strategic advisor to HR, Payroll, and IT executives on technical capabilities and business value
- Develop data-driven business cases with ROI metrics and create executive presentations on P&C technology strategy
- Design and execute agile implementation plans with comprehensive test strategies to ensure quality delivery
