RF-SMART seeks a QA Engineer II to test enterprise software for their NetSuite solution in Jacksonville, FL. You'll develop and execute comprehensive test plans, identify issues, document results, and collaborate with developers and DevOps teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end software test plans covering functionality, performance, reliability, and stability
  • Identify defects and facilitate resolution by coordinating with functional and technical teams
  • Document and communicate test results and quality metrics
  • Run and debug automation tests using JavaScript or TypeScript with frameworks like Playwright or Puppeteer
  • Create training materials and user documentation for software features
  • Support shift-left testing approach by partnering with DevOps initiatives

  • Test planning and execution in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Jira and X-ray (or similar test management tools)
  • JavaScript or TypeScript automation
  • Playwright, Puppeteer, and/or Jasmine testing frameworks
  • NetSuite platform knowledge (preferred)
  • Supply chain and warehousing domain expertise (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and debugging capabilities
