About this role

10a Labs seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to design and build infrastructure, automation, and tooling that enables secure, reproducible testing of AI systems. You'll create scalable environments for adversarial evaluations, develop attack simulations, and collaborate with red teamers to identify and remediate AI-enabled cyber risks.

What you'll do

  • Build tools and automation for scalable adversarial testing of AI systems using cloud infrastructure
  • Create and maintain reproducible security test environments with Terraform and cloud platforms
  • Collaborate with red teamers to reproduce, investigate, and fix vulnerabilities from security assessments
  • Develop and automate attack simulations to validate security controls and improve AI system resilience
  • Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews for new systems
  • Work with software engineers to integrate security practices throughout the development lifecycle
