About this role
Retell AI seeks a new graduate engineer to build and deploy voice AI solutions for enterprise customers. You'll split time between writing production code and working directly with clients to understand needs, solve problems, and launch projects—ideal for someone with internship experience who enjoys both technical work and customer interaction.
What you'll do
- Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Write production code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Develop integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and troubleshoot issues
- Partner with sales on demos, prototypes, and technical discussions
- Learn Retell's platform and become an expert in building voice AI agents
