Cybersecurity Integration and Test Engineer

About this role

9th Way Insignia seeks a Cybersecurity Integration and Test Engineer to support the VA's enterprise cybersecurity operations program. You'll design and execute comprehensive testing for security systems, tools, and cloud services while validating control implementation and coordinating defect remediation.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute security integration, interoperability, functional, and regression testing for systems and tools
• Develop test plans, test cases, test data, procedures, and traceability documentation
• Validate security requirements and controls across interfaces, APIs, networks, applications, and cloud services
• Document defects, perform root-cause analysis, and verify corrective actions through retesting
• Support release readiness reviews, test reporting, and production-acceptance activities
