About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to design and deploy end-to-end AI-powered solutions for federal clients, combining expertise in generative AI, backend systems, and responsive frontend development. You'll architect multi-agent AI pipelines, build cloud-native applications, and rapidly prototype high-impact proof-of-concepts in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What you'll do
- Design and build end-to-end AI solutions from backend agent orchestration to production-ready frontends
- Develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, autonomous agents, and RAG pipelines for federal workflows
- Rapidly prototype and deliver proof-of-concepts and MVPs that scale into production systems
- Build cloud-native, AI-native applications addressing complex federal challenges
- Create responsive, accessible web interfaces and dashboards that expose AI capabilities to non-technical users
- Architect multi-agent systems and establish software design standards across the engineering team

- LLMs, agentic frameworks, vector databases, and RAG pipeline development
- Frontend development with React, Next.js, or Angular; TypeScript/JavaScript
- Backend development with Python, Node.js, Java, or Go
- Cloud architecture and deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- AI coding agents (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor) as development tools
- Rapid prototyping and MVP-to-production delivery
- Tool invocation, guardrails, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration
