Custom Dev/DevOps Developer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Custom Dev/DevOps Developer to design and maintain Java-based applications for federal government clients. You'll work with Pega workflows, collaborate across teams, and support CI/CD pipelines while ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions in a mission-driven environment.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications with production-ready code quality
• Integrate Java applications with Pega-based workflows, services, and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product owners on feature delivery
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for reliability and performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions and best practices
• Support deployment activities and monitor system performance using logging and monitoring tools
