About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a Junior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed with federal clients and rapidly prototype AI-driven solutions using cutting-edge models and modern development frameworks. You'll translate frontier AI capabilities into mission-critical applications for defense, intelligence, and civilian government agencies, moving from concept to production deployment in weeks.
What you'll do
- Embed within client environments to build rapid AI prototypes using LLMs, coding assistants, and agentic frameworks
- Translate ambiguous client problems into working proof-of-concepts and production-grade deployments
- Integrate AI solutions into complex legacy systems and regulated data environments
- Work autonomously and with urgency while collaborating with broader AFS support teams
- Evaluate and implement frontier AI capabilities from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and similar partners
- Serve as technical bridge between advanced AI technology and federal mission requirements
