About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks an Oracle Configurator/Prompt Engineer to design and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP systems enhanced with AI-driven logic and prompt-based automation. The role combines Oracle functional expertise with advanced prompt engineering to streamline workflows across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and other modules for federal government clients.
What you'll do
- Configure Oracle Cloud ERP modules and maintain workflows, rules, catalogs, approval hierarchies, and personalization layers
- Develop, refine, and optimize prompts for Oracle AI assistants, conversational interfaces, and automation flows
- Build and configure agent-based automations that process transactions, retrieve data, and suggest or execute actions
- Test prompts, agent logic, and Oracle configurations across SIT, UAT, and production environments
- Partner with functional teams to refine requirements, troubleshoot challenges, and implement enhancements
- Validate system responses for accuracy, traceability, and alignment with business rules
