What you'll do

  • Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud ERP modules, workflows, rules, and approval hierarchies to meet business requirements
  • Develop, refine, and optimize AI prompts that power Oracle assistants, conversational interfaces, and automation flows
  • Design and configure agent-based automations that process ERP transactions, retrieve data, and suggest or execute actions
  • Test prompts, agent logic, and Oracle configurations across SIT, UAT, and production environments
  • Validate system responses for accuracy, traceability, and alignment with enterprise business rules
  • Partner with functional teams to troubleshoot configuration challenges and implement continuous enhancements
