Accenture Federal Services seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer to design and execute data conversions for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, handling end-to-end business processes and data loading into transactional systems for federal government clients.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute Oracle HCM Cloud conversion strategies and designs
- Create and maintain data mapping specifications for HCM conversions
- Configure and automate conversion tools including HDLs and Spreadsheet Loaders
- Design and validate data load processes into transactional tables
- Analyze downstream business process impacts from data conversions
- Generate HCM extracts and reports using BIP and OTBI
