About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a PeopleSoft Application Developer to design, build, and support customized PeopleSoft applications (HCM, CRM, Pensions, Portal) for U.S. federal government clients. You'll handle production support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and minor projects while documenting requirements and analyzing business processes.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and configure PeopleSoft applications to meet business requirements
- Support production and non-production environments for HCM, CRM, Pensions, and Portal modules
- Troubleshoot incidents and support requests, developing fixes and solutions
- Analyze and document user requirements for new systems and enhancements
- Coordinate development and deployment of user documentation
- Define data requirements and identify business process inputs, outputs, and throughputs
