ServiceNow Engineer – Intermediate
About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks an intermediate ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, and lead ServiceNow implementations for federal government clients. You'll oversee junior developers, drive code quality and security practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to build custom solutions and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and test ServiceNow applications including configuration, custom code, reports, and data migrations
- Oversee junior developers and enforce best practices, code quality, and security standards
- Perform custom development, third-party integrations, unit testing, and defect resolution
- Migrate changes to production and assist with technical design documentation
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to analyze requirements and define solutions
- Support escalated production issues and help refine product backlogs with the Product Owner
