About this role
AEG Presents seeks a Systems Engineer to provide Tier 2 technical support and maintain IT infrastructure, with expertise in SaaS platforms, cloud services, endpoint management, and AV conferencing systems. The role focuses on ensuring secure and efficient operations across Office 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, and related technologies.
What you'll do
- Administer and support SaaS applications including Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and Dropbox for end-users
- Manage endpoint devices using MDM solutions like Jamf and Intune, ensuring security and compliance standards
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and patches on servers and cloud-based systems
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for AV conferencing systems including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Support cloud automation workflows and SaaS application integrations to ensure seamless data flow
- Document system configurations, procedures, and generate regular performance reports
