About this role
AeroVect seeks an Integration Engineer to validate autonomous ground handling systems through field testing, sensor evaluation, and software troubleshooting at deployment airports. You'll bridge engineering and operations, executing test programs, managing fleet health, and training junior operators while working with cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology.
What you'll do
- Evaluate and validate sensors and hardware through structured test programs
- Execute supervised autonomy testing and release-level validation runs
- Troubleshoot and fix minor software bugs in the autonomy stack during field operations
- Collect data for edge-case maneuvers, sensor profiling, obstacle avoidance, and controller tuning
- Maintain fleet software through updates, patches, and configuration management; monitor fleet health and triage issues
- Train Test Operators and document test results and field observations for engineering feedback
