About this role
AeroVect seeks a Test Engineer to validate autonomous ground-handling tractors through field operations and debugging. You'll operate vehicles, identify system issues, analyze logs with engineering teams, and optimize testing processes for a Series A autonomous vehicle company serving major airlines.
What you'll do
- Operate autonomous tractors in field conditions to test new features and functionality
- Document and report abnormal system behavior with detailed logs and observations
- Collaborate with engineers to analyze system data and identify root causes of issues
- Debug problems and validate fixes in a hands-on testing environment
- Identify process and tooling optimization opportunities
- Work independently and communicate findings across technical and non-technical teams
