Scout Motors seeks a Specialist Project Calibration Engineer to lead powertrain and drive system calibration from prototype through production for their new electric and range-extended pickup trucks and SUVs.   • Own powertrain and drive system calibration activities across prototype, development, and production phases
  • Manage calibration milestones, tracking, and conduct test trips for vehicles
  • Modify and calibrate vehicle monitoring, diagnostic, and control functions for BEV and EREV platforms
  • Support function calibration engineers with measurement equipment, test vehicles, and dataset creation
  • Collaborate with powertrain hardware and chassis tuning teams to provide technical input
  • Lead calibration execution, validation, and production release readiness activities
